St Marys is located 45 minutes Southeast of London, Ontario, and 90 minutes west of Toronto, Ontario. From Stratford, travel southwest on Highway 7 to Wildwood Conservation Area and take the Perth Line exit to Queen Street.

The Tourism St. Marys information centre is located in the historic railway station at the corner of Queen Street and James Street, just past the flashing light at the overpass.
